Here you go :

I recommend you use EasyWinBuild. You can put this folder in the contrib file of any alt-coin click "__all_easywinbuilder.bat" and it will install everything you need and compile the QT for you automatically : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-easywinbuilder-the-easy-way-to-build-bitcoin-on-windows-252931 .

Note Easywinbuilder installs the openssl with heartbleed.
