Just do a quick search for a Bitcoin ATM in your local area. There are over 4,000+ Bitcoin ATMs worldwide, so finding one should be simple especially if you are in a country travelers love to visit.

Well, I have never used Bitcoin ATM. There was only 2 Bitcoin ATM's in my country, but they already been removed, don't know exact reasons why. Anyway, I don't see many reasons to use it. Their fees are big and exchange rates aren't very attractive. So, I just use exchanges instead of ATM's.
About security - yes, it's safe to use. Escrow isn't involved, but it's not needed. About procedure of trade you can find exact information on website of ATM.

One of the biggest reasons people will use the bitcoin atms is to bypass the verifaction that all exchanges make customers go through.

Some people would prefer that no one knows how much bitcoin they have or what wallet address they use.
Yeah, privacy is the biggest benefit of Bitcoin ATM's. But, if you want to buy/sell larger mumber of Bitcoins through ATM you still will have to pass KYC. So, if you're big player who want to remain anonymous, Bitcoin ATM's isn't a best choice for you.

I was thinking of buying bitcoins via Bitcoin ATM. Is that process safe?? Is there escrow involved??? What is the procedure for a trade?

What are your experiences (good and bad)Huh

Where have you seen one of these things?  I'm in the metro east area and I've never seen one.  I don't know if I trust them enough to use. them anyway, but I've still never seen one.

Use the website given above, It's the most complete list for bitcoin ATM's.

As for the safety of use, I've only read about one scam so far so they should be very safe but you could always check the reviews online to see If something wrong with that specific ATM you're going to use.

Bitcoin ATMs are used all over the world and you shouldn't have any problems using one and in case a problem does pop up just do what the previous users suggested and get in touch with their customer support and they will sort if out for you.

You can check this site to see where Bitcoin ATMs can be found:
https://coinatmradar.com/

Note that using these ATMs will incur a fee on your end, they are not free and the fee is probably around 4-8% depending on the ATM i think.

The requirements of using a bitcoin ATM pretty much varies, depending on what the ATM's brand is. Some bitcoin ATM's require you to show an ID or your passport, and some just simply require no documents but a camera is present.

Bitcoin ATMs should be safe. If ever something goes wrong, you can simply report the problem. Contact information should be written somewhere on the ATM itself.

Last thing: Using bitcoin ATMs should be really easy even for your daily folks. The downside with bitcoin ATMs is only that the fees can be quite high. Expect this to be a problem with pretty much every single ATM though.

I have used bitcoin ATMs a couple of times it was nothing hard for me when I used it for the first time the process is easy to use bitcoin ATMs.But in my point of view, I love to use the normal method what I have been using for a long time. So if you have a desire to taste bitcoin ATMs you can go for it nothing weird with it.

If you really aren't familiar with them, I would advice you just stick with the normal methods you've been using to purchase bitcoins..
But if you feel comfortable and confident about them, then their is no issue trying it out,i haven't actually used one, but I've come across someone who did,he didn't have any issue with them at all

I used Bitaccess's ATMs more than once and I had a very good experience. I did run into an issue where I basically gave them bitcoins and never received the cash for it but after contacting them through email, they were very professional about it and refunded me in a matter of hours. So, as long as you don't mind the high fees, I think you should try them.
