It's follow its mother. Go down low go down low.
Ignis need good news like its airdrop for pumped price. But I think airdrop will not give big affect in the price, because a lot of people will learn their mistakes
Airdrop means free so even if it pump, there will be a sudden dump again after the airdrop is being release. In my conclusion it will just dump over and over again not unless there  are whales who are willing to catch it and use it for a pump and dump coin.

As far as i know, IGNIS is the first child chain of Ardor Blockchain platform. For your information,  in last December, IGNI held an Airdrop. The rule is, airdrop participants must have NXT. You can dig more info about IGNIS  here https://www.jelurida.com/sites/default/files/JeluridaWhitepaper.pdf try to read it start from page 26.

Ignis? I think it's a very good token.
Because I hold the NXT,so gained a lot of Ignis, I'm going to hold it for a long time, because I think its application prospect is very good, and it's technical team is very severe, so I'm going to hold for a long time.

I think IGNIS will start experiencing significant price changes on February 15, that's because, there will be airdrop on IGNIS holders on February 28 but my prediction, the price will not last long

I am very interested in Ignis, but I can't find a ton of info on it. Seems this is the first child chain under the Ardor (ARDR) project, and it peaked then crashed down in value hard after about a week of being listed on Bittrex.

One thing that has me concerned is a couple of articles described Ignis as a "test coin" for the entire concept of child chains. However other conflicting reports make it out like this is a great new coin with a solid team behind it.

Thoughts?
Over-hyped coin.

What're the differences between child chain and side chain?

Great new coin for what? Nothing new on ignis. Look at the fact that there are so many people were overhyped ignis and then they were losing a lot in NXT.

"this is a great new coin with a solid team behind it."

That words to make FOMO for others.
