With this low supply, and a awesome payout in the last dividend which push its price 1.8 Times from its previous price.
My speculation towards TAAS
If they could pay a better dividend in the next quarter, TAAS would likely to hit $10 and they will be valuate at just $80M
It can still be growth from there

With 10 to 40 million I will invest in bitcoin and buy more ETH. That is also a way to save money and make money. When the price goes up I will recoup my capital. Then I will keep them and not sell anymore, until their peak moment.
I guess you need to read carefully. That's not the question he's asking

:DThe question is not about invest 10 million on something. It is what Asset that is evaluated on that range do you think will make the best return.

This is a unique approach by using advertising in the blockchain. I could see this coin being in the 100 million dollar market next year and 5 billion dollar market is 5 years.
There is a coin with a 2 (!!) million marketcap doing the same. Its called ADST - Adshares. Solid team and concrete roadmap - check it out. Way undervalued in my opinion.

I would say that BitBay at a 20million market cap has good potential. Out of your parameters but also POSW coin with a 2million market cap has really good potential as well.
