Very shortly. Bitcoin is a great invention. Is the first materialization of peer to peer technology which now is be applied every day more and more in different field of economy replacing the possible old existing technologies. Is an invention, I think, which will know only development. In which way, this remain to be seen. The time of its legality remain too a big interrogation because is seen yet as an concurrent and not as an big positive invention which can revolutionize the world of currencies. I think that bitcoin will be supported always from the technology which invented it so it will no stop and no disappearance of it.

Well we're all somewhat optimistic, otherwise we wouldnt hang around here as much. But i disagree with you on this bolded part , since no central authority also makes
every potential new user sceptical, given the fact that they have noone to turn to in the case of theft or fraud.
I believe in decentralisation, but i don't think it's attracting the average Joe, but rather speculators and fast profit seekers.

Yeah, I don't think people even know what the concept of decentralization is. If you go out on the street and ask people "do you know what decentralization is", it's probably 1 in 10 people that would know what it is, let alone in the context of a Bitcoin.

Yes it can change the world only if it is handled in a proper way. People should make aware about the advantages of bitcoin and should be encouraged to use it more and more then only the value of bitcoin will reach to a next level.

And once they have a negative impression about the bitcoin they would spread the same news to their peers or their friends and family that it is not worth to invest in bitcoin as he has gone through losses he will suggest them not to invest in bitcoins as we all know that mouth publicity is the biggest publicity Huh

Exactly there is no middle way for bitcoin. Either it will reach the moon or it will just be an topic of history in the future and people would just keep on talking that there was a currency like bitcoin in the past but it didn't work. How it will work without the awareness level of the people and we don't want that bitcoin should only on the paper we wish that it could change the financial system.

I don't think it can change the world or the financial system of the country. Its behavior would be the same as it is at present It can never bring the revolution across the globe which internet did. Today internet is the basic necessity and there is no alternative for internet but there are many alternatives for bitcoins so we need to take it easy.

I think it in the same way you cannot afford to trust something very blindly that it can change the world. Ofcourse we want it should change the world in the coming years as we are using bitcoins but it is difficult to judge at a moment whether it will change the world or it will no more in the future.

There's no doubt that the technology can change the industry of financial transactions. We've seen so much attention and recognition of this from the bitcoin community, the banking community, and the Federal Reserve. The uncertainty that I think still remains is if bitcoin will remain as a currency choice. I don't think that innovation of this project has reached validation or the full level of acceptance yet.

It's possible that the legacy of bitcoin is the technology and that the currency could fade into the history books. (Obviously I'd wouldn't want that, but it's a possibility.)

But now I see that is not that easy task. Old financial system is strong and they won't give up easily. On top of that decentralisation is not always something to be proud of.
Sometimes bitcoin need strong leadership and not thousands voices screaming different things. (See the last debate: bitcoin core vs xt)

Bitcoin already changed our thinking about financial freedom, money, the online payments, security etc.
Now the main question is whether bitcoin can survive long term and become mainstream, globally accepted by many ''big'' merchants, average Internet users etc
So far, the bitcoin was a leader in his field but the competition is more intense every day and we will need to make more efforts in order to make breakthrough and become main standard.
I'm optimistic and really see bright future for us, bitcoin users.
Just recently we got first Bitcoin ATM in my country, already some companies accept bitcoin so every day we see some progress

I am a firm believer in bitcoin and i believe that the price of bitcoin will appreciate with time. It has stayed true to the vision of Satoshi and will continue to do so. Bitcoin is here to stay and change the way the world financial is in the current state and the price will go up in the near future.

Bitcoin is already changing people's minds and perception of how financial institutions should work. Blockchain technology is being researched by banks, IT companies and governments.

Yes I would go with the option A as bitcoin is the future so I believe that it will definitely change the financial world and people will get rid of the the traditional banking system which would save money and time as transacting with bitcoins is so simple and easy with the least cost.

I don't think it can change the financial world looking at the present value of bitcoin.

And I simply disagree that it can replace fiat or traditional banking system as the banking system origins from years and bitcoin is new born baby in front of fiat and banking so it would be mistake to come to an opinion that it can change the financial world.

You could be right but if they cared that much about crypto they either would have done it around the time of the bitcoin bubble, or they would have just brought massive mining farms and brought up a load of the supply (probably have). It is very evident that there are setbacks every now and then, like companies saying bitcoin isn't good, gov'ts banning bitcoin, several exchanges asking for too much personal information (that is against bitcoin's concept of anonymity) and most specially, people on-board treating bitcoin as an investment and not as a currency. The concept of bitcoin is great, I mean, who doesn't want to have full control of their money? It's just that the general public are too accustomed on using the fiat system on their monetary engagements. Once the general public realizes that bitcoin is the way to go and fiat is completely flawed in several aspects.

Bitcoin will still grow slowly for a while, until the financial system and all the VC injected into digital payment methods, develop some sort of Alt coin that would replace Bitcoin.

We seem to think, that the GIANT financial corporations, with huge financial reserves, will just sit back and allow 100% disruption and a total collapse. {Eg. WU / Moneygram / World banks....}

Long before disruption occur, they would finance research and development with the help from the top Core developers in the crypto currency scene, and they will create a NEW alternative to Bitcoin.
