I'm replying to your question even though I just read that MyBitcoin is going into receivership and some of their customers may receive some of their funds back.
1000btc uploaded to MyBitcoin belonged to Bitcoin ATM (a California based start up).
It was to be used as 'float' for ATM transactions for MyBitcoin customers.
