To add to what rifleman says - if you're using AC, you're already making a mistake and destroying your profitability.
You should look into hot aisle/cold aisle design.
You have an intake where cooler air (from outside, not AC'd) comes in and feeds the intake of the S9s. You have another aisle on the other side which sucks out the hot air coming from them, likely some kind of high CFM fan setup,
This way you're bringing in cooler air on one side, and getting rid of the hot air coming out of them.
You should look into hot aisle/cold aisle design.

As long as they're running lower than 100C, you should be fine.

Hello guys, I'm living in Spain. Maybe someone from hotter places can help out.
I'm planning on setting up 25 ASIC Antminer S9's and there's a huge issue with temperatures in the summer.
From what I've read, it's best to maintain them between 54ºC and 65ºC, with the maximum of 70ºC. Can someone confirm?
Does having a normal air conditioner with air pipes connected directly to S9's air inputs is enough? What can be done to maintain those temperatures at 40ºC in the summer?

Suck the exhaust out, that's rule #1. Keep pumping in cooler air to the room to keep temperatures down, a normal air conditioner will be keep 25 antminer's cool, no way, no how.
