Hello, as previously i read on Segwit
It solves some malleability issue and make the block size smaller, am i right? And transaction does become cheaper after Segwit?

Fees is going back up and its kinda costly to sent a transaction under <$100 because

Sending with CC/Paypal charged a 3~4% , $100 would result $4-5 in fees
But currently to send a "Smooth" Transaction, $100 would result min of $5 and preferable fees of $10 for fast transaction

Is Segwit2X the solution to it?
Aside from making the block time faster, block size bigger, transaction size smaller.
Is there any other solution that could be apply?
