the loto will be a set amount of coin to enter all you have to do is sent the set amont of the coin to an adress and post the transaction id so i know what id goes with who when people post it up i add them to a spredsheet with a number in the order of when thay sent the coin at the end of the set time i use random .org to pick the winner just drawn the winner of the 2nd pxc loto that i have run
