If you are having a service like exchange site and wanna get the project and you can make your own announcement thread on the service section of this forum, it looks like you are searching for the project which is not having exchange site or market to trade. If you are looking for that and my best suggestion to take a look at the bounty page of altcoin and then you can find a bunch of new projects which is not having the market. At least not yetThanks
