It seems to me that bitcoin is no optimal price. The price of bitcoin affects its credibility with the people. And affects people's mistrust in the government and the dollar. It will continuously push the price up. It will stop only when people will end Fiat to buy bitcoin. It will not be soon.

Bitcoin hits new record breaking $8000 for the first time.
It is predicted that bitcoin hit the price range of $10,000 per bitcoin before the end of this year and if you watch closely the mass turn out of bitcoin price you'll see that the chance of bitcoin reachiing the $10,000 is 95%.It is regular that we finding the bump in the bitcoin price chart in the Christmas time.
But this completely sky rocket run in the price chart we cannot say that upcoming month only will give big bumps in the chart.
10k USD is the trademark value we expect in the chart but the adoption is now very less in bitcoin and getting more ICO projects only here in the forum and elsewhere.

The expectation of bitcoin at the end of December 2017 is that bitcoin value will be above $9,000 - $10,000 all things been equal. This is as a result of the high demand for bitcoin in recent time that will continue to push it value upward and it is expected to reach the above speculated rate by the end of this year.

bitcoin take very long increase journey and best end for this journey to end by 10,000$ but it is very hard because bitcoin increase more than 7,000$ in 11 months and it is hard to increase 2000 $ on one month so that best price is to be at 8,000$ range and break 9,000$ for first time
It is hard but not impossible that we might see 10k by the year end, but I don't think if we do it will be sustained, I would rather so 9000 and see 10000 fall some time in january or february.

My opinion is that bitcoin can touch the mark of $ 9,000. It is even possible we will see a position of $ 10,000 but then inevitably there will be a big failure. The price will stop in the area of $ 8,000. The higher bitcoin price the more races we will see. Perhaps in the future bitcoin will oscillate at a few hundred dollars every day and it is normal.
