It's Official: Supreme Court of India has struck off Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) banking ban against Crypto. The Court held that RBI Circular dated 6th April 2018 is unconstitutional.

This is good news as we can see more liquidity and more exchanges popping into Indian market. But there is still a chance that the Govt may bring an ordinance to ban Crypto Cheesy Anyways it's good for now.

For a very long time, India considered the issue of the legality of the order of the Reserve Bank of India to all banks of the country not to provide any support to cryptocurrency exchanges and exchangers and not to service any activities of enterprises and organizations related to cryptocurrency. I don’t even remember what year it was, probably, in 2018. The court in this regard turned to the government for consultations and clarification of its legal position. Given the general tendency of world states towards a loyal attitude to cryptocurrency, I do not think that a court decision will be in favor of the bank. At the same time, it can be half-frequent and non-specific, since in India, lawmakers have not yet decided on their attitude to a decentralized cryptocurrency.

RBI gives a response if this institution never tried to ban crypto as long as that can't be included as security. it looks like a good result will be getting by us. Im hoping that IAMAI is winning the case this day.
Bitcoin is not totally banning on india but it looks like the problem of india is the same as what already faced by SEC when it was wanna preventing the booming of security coins from crypto.
Im interesting to hear the result from the supreme court about that.
