Bitcoin is actually just a tool, the end goal depends on the user. In my opinion, it is a big mistake to ban Bitcoin, you should think about how to prevent the criminal acts you mentioned that are more targeted than banning BTC.

It's like a knife... we can use a knife to stab people's bodies, kill animals, damage plants and so on... but we can also use a knife to cut cakes, chop meat by chefs, or it can also be a survival tool in the wild. ....

Once again... everyone's assessment of Bitcoin is always different, people who think it is bad will think badly about Bitcoin every day... while people who think positively will always think about the positive impact of Bitcoin itself.

Bitcoin have remain illegal in several countries, including Qatar,China and saudi Arabia because it cannot be regulated and its illicit ties to Money laundering, financing Terrorism, human trafficking etc.  Despite all this illegal tiers about Bitcoin, what could be the reason why  some develop nations
like USA,United kingdom,Canada, france,Denmark etc haven't considered Banning the use of bitcoin.I love to hear your views
Some of the countries you mentioned simply want to control their citizen, monitor what each one does and that is how they put everyone in check. Unfortunately for them, bitcoin does not allow them to do that completely and that is the major crime of bitcoin. There is some level of freedom in USA, UK and some of the countries you mentioned, at least you have freedom to do certain things without being in trouble unless it poses a direct threat to lives and property.

Citing terrorism, money laundering and the others as reason for their resentment in bitcoin is just another distraction from the key thing because even before bitcoin was created, there have been terrorism, money laundering and every other thing bitcoin is being accused of.

Bitcoin have remain illegal in several countries, including Qatar,China and saudi Arabia because
The reason for bitcoin ban in these countries is because they misunderstand bitcoin, they don't believe in bitcoin simple. The government of these countries lacks understandings about bitcoin.

I wouldn’t say they don’t believe in bitcoin or know of its potential but rather it’s a something mixed with Their beliefs. Except China who I still don’t think have fully banned bitcoin but the rest countries are Islamic or Muslim governed countries and they have see bitcoin as something that is mixed between haram and non haram. And once there is misconception about something like this they just do away with it and that’s why it is banned.

If you’re have been following up you will have noticed that some of Islamic clerics have also been throwing there support for bitcoin as not been haram since it’s a currency and believe this shift of believe will eventually lead to it been totally banned to maybe been placed under restriction like some other countries

In some of these countries, you can trace the reasons to the system of government practiced. In a system of government where the citizens are mostly not considered, and the decision making power lies in the power of one man or very few individuals who do not like bitcoins, it will be quick for the country to tag bitcoins as illegal and prohibited for their citizens.
If the one person or few people making decisions in these countries have a positive view on bitcoins, it will not be illegal.

Despite all this illegal tiers about Bitcoin, what could be the reason why  some develop nations

In most of these countries decision making are not usually the responsibility of just one person or very few individuals, and before decisions are made on some certain things, the citizens are usually considered and long debates are held between lawmakers.

You already said those reasons and government don't see any good about it that's why we can see them banning bitcoin since they don't want this to be rampantly used by some criminals in their jurisdiction. They choose to believe on negative and don't even think about the benefits what it could possibly bring since maybe for now they don't need bitcoin existence since they are progressive country.

For now there's nothing we can do regarding on what decision they made. Maybe the only scenario can help bitcoin to be accepted on their country if it gets natural growth like a lot of institutions will adopt it and its market capitalization grow for maybe x5 more on current marketcap since maybe for that case those negative thinker official might consider or think about to adopt bitcoin since they are way beyond on those countries who announce bitcoins acceptance before.

Bitcoin is not illegal in China. It is illegal as a currency but legal as a digital property.

Most countries that illegalize bitcoin are Muslims countries. If bitcoin is not legal in countries like Saudi Arabia and Qatar, it is not surprising. Only few countries illegalize bitcoin. I do not think they are more than 14 countries that illegalize bitcoin.

Fiat is used more in money laundering and terrorism financing.

Because they realised banning bitcoin is not possible at all, so they regulated, taxed and enjoying revenue.

China banned bitcoin hundred times but they are still at the leader in terms of crypto users, so the reason is pretty simple which I stated above.

Remember that in the early days of Bitcoin, almost everybody and countries were skeptical about it, but today more people are adopting it, including some countries. I know that in the future more people and countries will realize that Bitcoin is a store of value and it's advantages greatly surpasses any disadvantages that they harbor about it. My country's central bank banned our banks from facilitating any crypto transactions, but last year a new administration took over power and the ban was lifted, and that is a plus in the adoption of Bitcoin in my country, so I'm hopeful that there'll be a new paradigm shift in these countries and they'll join the rest of the countries in the world that have seen the benefits of Bitcoin to their nations and citizens.

I won't be surprised if the 100b that was wiped of the crypto market has something to do with the upcoming war between Iran and  Israel.

I strongly believe that people in these countries still one way or the other have their ways of buying Bitcoin even while its been banned, just because Bitcoin is banned doesn't mean that no citizen of the country owns Bitcoin.

Years back, Bitcoin was banned in my country and I know many people that still holds Bitcoin then, I also did the same.

I think that terrorism finance is why Bitcoin is banned in some countries but as for those Islamic countries it doesn't matter, either Bitcoin exists or not there will always be terrorist attacks happening in such countries, Iran, Iraq, and co.

This example of countries you listed have tons of products and services banned for religious reasons or because they cannot effectively control and manipulate them as they wish. This is no fault of Bitcoin neither does it suggest its use for illegal activities becoming problematic. All their individual fiat currencies have financed more illegal activities than Bitcoin.

Countries that permit bitcoin either don't care too much about it or are interested in the taxations they can benefit from it.

Probably because more developed nations and countries think more wisely and look at the distant future before they make any impulsive decisions that might not be beneficial for their countries or regions. Countries that ban cryptocurrencies or any other growing technologies are handicapping the future of their nations because, in the future, the whole world will move more towards technology and digitalization, and if you are not ready to accept changes, it's your loss.

Besides, cryptocurrencies can be regulated, they just can't be controlled just like how governments and authorities control other financial systems which is probably what some countries can't accept as they don't want their people to access and use financial systems that aren't in their control.

Bitcoin have remain illegal in several countries, including Qatar,China and saudi Arabia because it cannot be regulated and its illicit ties to Money laundering, financing Terrorism, human trafficking etc.
Because they are close-minded.

Because they are open-minded and willing to adopt the opportunity given the Bitcoin technology.

But this is an intriguing debate, isn't it?
Remember that each country has its jurisdiction and those governments that have open-minded thinking that banning Bitcoin outright might not necessarily eliminate its use within a country.  So why not regulate it instead of banning it?

It is just that some countries are scared of their fiat losing value due to adoption of Bitcoin because in a country where Bitcoin adoption dominates you find out that the countries original currency depreciates in value and they become so adamant of the potentials that Bitcoin holds for the future because a time will still come when they will face their fears in reality because Bitcoin will certainly dominate all fiat currencies.

Middle east countries ban Bitcoin because they have logical fallacy, they always think Bitcoin is haram or riba.

I'm not really sure with China, but I think they only accept something that created by them, it's why they block Wikipedia, Youtube, Facebook, Google, Reddit etc. If their citizen invest in Bitcoin, China's government might lose their ability to control and track their wealth.

As someone who isn't knowledgeable with law, I think it's simply because more developed countries like the United States are far less impulsive with announcing bans and stuff. Instead, countries like the US go through agonizingly long processes(mostly for good reason) to get stuff like bans to be implemented. You know, submitting bills and stuff. In fact, a lot of gov officials in the US are for banning bitcoin/crypto.

Those who have failed to realise its potential are the ones still fighting, banning it from their country, and restricting their citizens from making use of it.

Why those who have found a way to milk its citizens and those exchanges who are dealing with them the ones who have stopped fighting against it and made it legal for it to be used in their country. Just like every other asset, the government of any country that allows the use of bitcoin is benefiting from it in one way or another.

Those who said bitcoin is used for all sorts of illegal financial transactions know exactly what they are doing; they are just channelling their reason for it not to be approved.

As we all know, even before now, they have been dealing in all sorts of illegal trade, terrorism, money laundering, and the rest of them. With or without Bitcoin, those countries are still not free from those activities, so why not drop the hate?
