I know in the US you need to use FINCEN. What about China, Russian. UK etc? If so what licenses are needed?
If you meant exchanges including altcoin exchangesm, then I don't think most are licensed in many countries. However if they are operating in the US, then they certain;y need to. Else I think they are all illegal.
