There are many different applications. You can try different ones yourself and choose what is best for you.

For alert options, i found that the Crypto App blows all the others straight out of the water

And for real time, HODL is the king.

Now if I can only find an app that is a combination of both the above.

what exchanges should they use to ping the real-time results?
In HODL you choose the exchange you want. In the Crypto App, you could choose too but it's paid, and only one time, for less than $10 us.

i think 'real-time' might differs between each exchange too. exchange app can shows that since they are showing the orderbook directly, while most 3rd party apps use an aggregator or an api which might take some time to show, or they'll aggregate it further. i think the difference is quite small for what its worth, so it's your call.
Yes, I agree this is what I'm trying to say. Only exchanges has this option and I haven't found a single app that would give the all listed above options as a notification alert. I can't just imagine if a certain app would use a real-time alert, what exchanges should they use to ping the real-time results? But if they managed to add all of the exchanges, I wonder if they have enough storage to store all of the data coming in and out. I can only imagine that it's a long work and should be paid right if someone has to make something like this.

OP, you might want to suggest it to the apps that you like they might want to try and consider your feedback, who knows?

There are many applications to manage the property portfolio by percentage profit / loss statistics from when you buy and add to it to manage.  I've been using the Coinstats app( menu portfolio) since 2017 to do this.  Easy to manage on mobile platforms.  Real-time price updates can be delayed a bit due to the APIs of exchanges but it has improved a lot.
CoinStats is not real time

  • Real-time prices.
Real-time. Not every sec or a fraction of a sec...but actual real time = as it happens. And you don't have to do anything like refresh the page to see the updated price (e.g Blockfolio - FTX).

  • Lists all your crypto assets in one page.
Along with data on how much you have gained or lost as of that moment. And it would show you that data in percentage and in total price (minus buy amount).
Example:

  • Rich alert options.
Things like being able to to set an alert for when the currency changes by a certain percent. Alerts you when it reaches a certain price and a pre-determined percentage change either in increase or decrease from that point on. Alert when you reach the highest or lowest profit. Alert when you're about to enter or get out of loss...etc.

  • Wealth management / analytics.
Tells you how much you have gained/lost within a certain time period. Lists assets that have done the best...etc.

  • Free (or one time payment).

Note: Please don't mention apps that cannot do ALL of these things. Or if you don't know for sure that it does.

Thanks in advance!

Biance has a price reminder function and profit and loss analysis.

When the price you set is reached, a bell will alert you.

The daily profit and loss will be calculated.
It depends on the you are using, on some phone you will have to go deep into notification settings or else you won't get the alert unless you have binance app running in your background, this is why iPhone is better

I see that you have mentioned Blockfolio - doesn't this app suits you? It has all the features you've seeking. I don't remember right now full functional of Blockfolio, but Delta (or Delta Investment Portfolio Tracker) has all the features Blockfolio has and what you've mentioned. It is available both for iOS and Android.

Both Blockfolio (FTX) and Delta don't have real time (at least not in the free version. Don't know about paid).

Thanks! I don't see the daily profit and loss you mentioned. Do you know where exactly? Also, do you know if it does the other stuff I mentioned?
Binance has horrible alert options compared to like The Crypto App.

This APP can make detailed statistics of your asset profit and loss, and you need to fill in the buying and selling information

AFAIK, except (would show you that data in percentage and in total price (minus buy amount)) I think that coinstats[1] is capable of doing all of the above tasks.
You can visit the site and check if these features are still available and if some of them have been changed, and the support team responds within 12 hours.
Generally, most price tracking apps have some or all these features, but the problem lies in linking it with your exchange API, which needs to verify identity on many platforms.

It doesn't meet the first requirement unfortunately. It's not real time. And the alert is basic. And it's sluggish. And it doesn't have analytics (at least in the free version, and if it's available in the paid version, then it doesn't meet the one time payment requirement).

EDIT: People saying Blockfolio and CoinStats...i think maybe I am the one who doesn't real know what "real-time" means.
To clarify, >>this<< is what I mean by real time.
Blockfolio and CoinStats DO NOT update the prices at that rate.
