I think you are having some issues even using the mining profitability calculators. For example, in the first case you feed in the values under the Scrypt instead of SHA256 which matches with the specific miner you talked ofSecondly, you filled in the wrong values inflating the hashing power, that's why you saw abnormal looking profits.
If you use the right values and algorithm, you will be barely making any profits. In fact, right now it's estimated at -$0.72. That's how it is currently in this market. Mining most coins isn't that profitable

That's a scam Antminer S9 can only mine BTC or any Sha256 coins you will never mine a dogecoin with an S9 miner.
Mining Dogecoin has specific hardware to mine this coin any ASIC hardware that supports Scrypt algo can mine Doge sample Antminer L7.
Be careful on dealing with someone always ask here on the forum if you are dealing with a trusted seller.
