I follow Datadash personally and find his content quite interesting.
Perhaps his picks aren't always the best and perhaps he is using his influence to pump these coins. However, some of the strategies that he lists are certainly applicable to every investor, especially for starters who don't know what they are doing (check out his videos on small cap vs. med cap vs. large cap, for example).
Just make sure that you're not swayed 100% by these youtubers. Always take what they say with a grain of salt. Otherwise you could get swindled like Trevon James did to his audience.

He's not biased on being a bulls/bears but more off a graph technical analysis follower
I'm not sure if one can truly be unbiased presenting any sort of speculative opinion.
The fact is that the coins that he promotes (at least back when I actually watched him) were mostly small caps and as a result, were extremely easy to manipulate the price with given the influence that he has. He could very easily load up on these cheap coins before telling others about the opportunity, thus reaping a profit himself.
I'm not saying that he does that necessarily, it's just something to keep in mind.
