I'm interested for filecoin but in spite of the sizable ICO it had I'm inclined to believe that it's still prone to failure to a very great extent. I think the project's team has too much of a big burden on their shoulders at the time, and that is to deliver on a project that raised the bar of expectations too high.

What decentralized applications do you think are going to make the mainstream audiences take crypto more seriously? I think the boring applications are going to make people take notice the fastest. This includes applications for accounting, payments, supply chain and more. Once incumbents start changing their software to use blockchain tech or start losing market share to new blockchain startups, that's when I think traditional investors will really feel the need to get in on this industry.
Every Dapps has its role in the crypto community. But i guess dapps to build future payment system will become more favorable. It looks like we are trying to forget the traditional system and move into the crypto as a future industry. the fact that all of the tokenization has been erased the traditional os shares distribution. Traditional investors will try to get into this industry asap. Remember there is a lot of industry try to make automation with their system.

One of the most exciting projects that I am very active is Steemit. The community is growing fast and the platform will soon hit the 1 million accounts, this is a good real use case with a token.
