Besides 3 upside, That its be of more easy access and less vulnerable to lost wallet.dat for only mention an thing, Another could be secure light versions.
bitcoin is easy to access, bitcoin have the most adoption, all 100% other coins only start from bottom up when bitcoin already achieved at the top for this easy access.
bitcoin and all other coins store it wallet the same way, so this don't make any sense. if anyone able to steal bitcoin wallet.dat they will also able to steal other coins wallet.dat
secure light versions, i don't know which coin you want to point this to which have lite version which bitcoin don't have. this sound to me the aftermarket android or ios app you're talking about, which bitcoin have ton. or the lite wallet like blockchain.info wallet?
I'm agree with you, Actually there are n´t coins better than bitcoin is. But even Bitcoin dont can do all work alone, Like to use only an browser on Internet dont can to drive all the whole burden of all users of world accessing on same time, Besides always is good have a couple of alternatives to a same thing like to rest things on life. Problem is that just now crypto has been distorted to the extent that 95% coins are scam and peoples we could not identify which are viable alternatives. So even Bitcoin could allow some trust allies coins in the scene. Where Bitcoin work could? --> Help avoid scam.
