Unfortunately google didn't turn up anything on these cards so I'm guessing they aren't that useful.

Appears to have a Xilinx fpga... a close up shot of the central chip?
those are video capture their processing power is very limited and their drivers aren't designed for GPGPU, if you wanted to spend months writing your own driver you might be able to mine something eventually
