First of all, let me tell you I am NOT and should NOT be bringing you down with this. You should be able to create your own coin, but it can be a daunting task; something I have no experience with. However, I know the basic approach because I do programming and the mechanism and process of "forking" something to create new with or without modifications is something I do know a little bit about.

Let me first off start by saying, this goes by the standard definition of many programming related/server related tasks within not only Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency, but within the technology world as well.

If you have to ask every question to get started, or very large questions, you shouldn't be doing (modified:... Atleast not yet).

Every developer (no matter what language) comes to a point in their career where they can generically look at something (such as a coin) and understand the core concepts on how it would work. We/they then research within the subject to gain additional information such as what tools to use.

If you are unable to get a generic "core concept" and basic knowledge of how something works just by looking at it or thinking about it, you shouldn't be starting something as huge as a coin. Instead get that ability to get that basic knowledge of understanding and that generic ability to retrieve the knowledge which is common-sense for developers and then jump into huge tasks like these.

Going into a huge project like this asking questions from the get-go, Isn't going to fly, especially with some many other coins.

You would first need to start asking questions...

How are you going to develop it
What languages should it be written in (if going custom)
Most coins are built off something else (Don't reinvent the wheel) as sort of a fork, what should you choose?
How do you plan to run the coin? (remember there isn't just a development/programming side to crypto currencies and altcoins, there is a HUGE economic factor as well, as it is, by definition, a economic term).
Any special features ( There are so many coins out, what separates you from the rest? )

The website should be the LAST question on your mind, and an easy one to answer yourself at that.

Coins aren't easy to run, and can be risky if the owner doesn't have enough knowledge and backing to maintain it himself. I suggest you learn something easier (maybe make a website first)(or a service).

I'm not saying don't follow your dreams. Follow them, and give them time. Take the time to learn crypto currencies and software development/programming.

You wouldn't go swimming in a wavepool in the deepend without learning how to swim first? It's the same concept. Learn first, build later.

Good Luck!
