Since you've got a reply, better to lock this thread to avoid further useless speculation on what is happening with your issue.
The site is running well when did you write the email to them? Maybe give them a few more days in order for them to review your account since you have gone for a long time.
Or maybe the supports system was too busy, so they cannot answer the email for quickly. I visit on the site, and I see that the next Draw: 2019-03-31 00:00 UTC, so I think the site still running until now. Unfortunately, there is no live chat in that site so you cannot get the answer.
Waiting is the only thing you can do now.

Your best chance will be contacting @hilariousandco since he was running their signature campaign for several weeks. Maybe he's in touch with the owners or knows a better way to contact the support? This is just a rough assumption and he may not be any help at all. Worth giving it a shot if your amount stuck is substantially high.
Recently I've uncovered my old account on yabtcl.com and found that it has a decent amount of coins of it, but I'm experiencing issues with withdrawals (which are actually my fault).
I tried sending them an email, but got no response still. Got a reply now! The site seems to be still running, while their official thread here hasn't been active for months, and the worst part is that owners account look suspicious - it has posted only once in last 3 years and for some reason wears ICO signature and avatar - looks like it was hacked/sold. The owner confirmed that account was hacked.
So, does anyone know what happened with the site and how can I contact the owners?
