I want nice graphics, quick deposits and withdrawals, provably fair and or licensed. Chance to win big and an all around public owner who is friendly and wants to be part of the community not just a give me your money and I am gone type of guy. Small house edge as you have said and with a very nice jackpot that you could hit and win life changing money with. Maybe a few freerolls will make it that bit better

Just a thought: What about putting part of the site bankroll in a multisig address acting as a cold wallet, say a 2-of-3 address in which you the owner and two different highly-trusted escrows each holding a private key?

A real and good provably fair system, i bet you know how to do one

About house edge: I know that there is not possible to maintain 0% edge at all times, but I've seen some casinos with promotional 0% edge lasting up to 2 weeks or something, so it is doable.

There will be only two major things in this case
#1 Super fast betting rolls, which you can check on 999dice. Despite the site is a scam site we can see alot of regular players playing there. One of the reason that they are still hanging there would be that 999dice offer a near instant rolling which no other sites offer

Indeed it is a way for gambling sites to lure in more player, especially new player in the gambling industry.
