View any other page every 10 minute would help. F5 might not work, not sure...

You just need to change page from time to time. Destroying the F5 button will not really help.

Have a think about what it is you want to know about bitcoins and use the search function to look at different answers. If you're interested in bitcoins then take a look around, search some topics, keep the pages clicking over, there's plenty to read.
I am having the same problem also. But Idid f5 once in a while and it work wonderful.
Tape the F5 button on your keyboard down, and take a 4 hour long break.
My logged in time is moving glacially if at all. What are the hoops for getting time to accumulate?
You need to be logged in, but also to browse pages, and do not stay in the same area ...
Otherwise it will consider you as inactive, and do not increase.
You must be logged and actively browsing this forum. Limit is 15 minutes I believe, so if you read posts 16 minutes and move to 2nd page, your Total time logged in does not increase
