to me, news on TV is better, social media should be for interactions and communications between individuals and groups
i prefer news on tv and newspaper because its oldschool and the news still update like on social media
Social Media. News on our TV's are very inaccurate, sometimes even blatantly so. With social media I can also decide when I want to check it, and fast forward the uninteresting bits.

Since I spent most of time with the internet, it is social media that I read most of my news on, but T.v gives more fact and reality of the news background than social media.
That might happen. But honestly, I prefer to watch TV on television, in addition to saving, news on TV look more fresh and not complicated.

I think that's very nil, because every factory that produces my tv production will compete and adjust to the technological developments of the decade, and many examples we've seen like a lot of advertising about IT and the sophistication of that television
yes i really prefer news on social media and news on tv. It helps me a lot. Everyday I can update information quickly through these programs, help me avoid the impending disaster. But I do not just update the information in the above two programs, I also update on facebook, twitter, instagram. Fashion, shocking slogans, trending, lots of things I can know and experience on social networks.
Well, I don´t watch TV but i would not say that i prefer News on Social Meadia. It depends on the News thereself. There are alot of crapnews online. I think its always important to check different plattforms and sources about a topic the get the whole picture.

I generally Prefer Sports and media news on social media. I am a sports fan. I like to watch all type of sports. That's why I always keep looking for sports type post. Besides I also like to watch movies. That's another reason for me to looking for media news and updates on social media.
I think, social media, because I admit that I'm more active on social media than watching News on television. They say that most of the news on my feed online are just false news and rumors that why watching TV News is more edible. Still, I watch TV even though its not often.
I dislike getting my news through social media. With the echo chamber effect I've learned not to trust any of it and feels it breeds ignorance as people are to lazy to seek out multiple sources or fact check the information.
Television news isn't much better though. Although, the network's biased is usually pretty obvious so you can kind of adjust your perceptions accordingly.

I only participate in news I can get from the web. i don't like the major news networks and prefer to get my news from the people on the street. Someone is always talking about what just happened on their street, town or city. World news is actually pretty easy to get if you know where to look. Then you can read comments that people make and it really opens your eyes to what is really happening.

The problem of fraud is very dangerous, that is our common concern. I think if social news is censored like a television it's a good thing.

I think that news on TVs are more legit than social medias. Although news in social medias are way faster than on TV because almost everyone can access on it in real time, unlike on TV, news have timeslot.
I prefer neither as I feel that both seem to have their own hidden agendas behind what they are trying to sell.

Both Television and Social Media do have good source of news but we need to evaluate specially the social media because there are lots of fake news scattered around we need to check the source first before we could actually believe it.

Mainstream media is corrupt. They advertise for whoever has money (even news channels). This is why I don't use TV.

For news i do still prefer watching it on TV i think it is a good source of news rather fake news in the social media.

Neither are a particularly good source of news - I prefer good news sites like Slashdot. In my experience, however, if you pick the right feeds, social media is a lot better than TV news.
