The first person to perceive the signals sent in 1899 is Nikola Tesla. When Tesla talked about it, people did not believe him. He claims that he solved the signal in a letter to a friend of Tesla. In 1920, amateur radios also claimed they caught the signal. In 1928, Oslo scientists sent short-wave signals in the distance. If the reply came back, it could not be resolved. In 1954, the US Air Force talked about two satellites revolving around the world. But it is still unclear what the second suit is. This news has created a great sensation at that time. In the 1960s, UFO conspiracy theorists alleged that this Black Knight was seen for the first time in photographs of Russian and American satellites being sent away. Some astronauts have seen this satellite in the following years. However, it is claimed that astronauts have seen hallucinations by some authorities. In 1973, a scientist determined that the signals came from a planet. But the incident was later denied.
