It is not made by someone else, he is the one, who asked the most asked question of the year, once again.  Grin
There's a misunderstanding, I think.  I was referring in that case to the post below it:

post rule I think that is important to keep forum clearly with useful staff, but the merit requires are so high, a little people could do it for others.

is it possible for me to get merit
And this one made by someone else, which makes no sense to me what he's trying to say:

It is not made by someone else, he is the one, who asked the most asked question of the year, once again.  Grin

People who join the forum for bounties lurk around, get all the information about bounties and all and comes to know that now they require Merits in order to rank up and join one, but as soon as it comes to learning about the Merit system itself, they suddenly become unknown of everything and need others to tell them about it.  Roll Eyes

theymos should have a promotion for such poor people, where anyone, asking a question on getting merits or what merit is, gets 2 merits along with a permanent ban.  Roll Eyes

why are newbie posts always considered spam?
Because of bullshit posts like this one you made, a question that's been answered many times since January:

is it possible for me to get merit
And this one made by someone else, which makes no sense to me what he's trying to say:

post rule I think that is important to keep forum clearly with useful staff, but the merit requires are so high, a little people could do it for others.

The problem is that the main section on bitcointalk is in English, and many noobs who came here because they heard their neighbors/family/coworkers/pagpag eaters living on the street/whoever were making big money just by posting.  Then they come here and find out that not only do they have nothing to say about bitcoin, but they can't even express basic thoughts coherently in English--and that other, more well-established members don't appreciate this, because it makes the forum unreadable, literally.

The merit system was designed to combat the above situation.  Hell yes it's hard for non-English speakers to earn merits unless they do so on the local boards OR if they make valued contributions to the community in the form of scam-busting or the like.  I've seen a few members rank up based on how helpful they are and not because their English is excellent.

Message newbies don't consider spam, I just need to write good and decent posts that will not look like spam
I wonder how you got the one "coveted"merit, posting stuffs like this,in such poorly constructed English  Huh
Look at his post that got Merited:

It's not written in broken English. But I wouldn't be suprised if he just copied this stuff from somewhere.

The post rules were brought in to make things organized and to create a pleasurable experience for everyone. People will not stay around if the forum was chaotic and unmoderated. I have joined unorganized forums before and I did not stay for a long time.

The merit was brought in to reduce spam and to create a good environment for everyone to be productive. This forum is successful because this place is moderated and properly organized.  Wink

Yes there are plenty of opportunities here for newbies for earn Merit. But to get Merit you must contribute to the forum. But if you do not get Merit even after posting well then you will not be disappointed. You have to continue posting. Not getting Merit does not mean that you will stop posting. You keep contributing. I beleive that one day you will get Merit.

Newbies are not always overlooked. Newbies are also eligible for Merit. Look at me, I am newbie but I got Merit. Merit has to achieve with its own qualifications.

It't the biggest nonsense that I had read today. You just made few shitposts and you're already complaining that Newbies can't get Merit. For shitposters like you it's impossible to get Merit and will never get it. Thanks God we have Merit system and users like you don't have chance to rank-up. But as DdmrDdmr posted, there are over 9000 users who were able to rank-up from Newbie rank, so, your assumptions that Newbies can't get Merit is absolute nonsense. And there are thousands of Full, Senior or Hero members who haven't got any Merit. Rank doesn't matters when it comes to Merit, content of your posts is crucial.

Oh yes! Instead of one-liners, make longer shitposts and you guaranteed will get Merits!

In the beginning Satoshi created Bitcoin, and he also created newbies. Over the years, some newbies have grown up, and some have remained as moonboy maniacs who keep getting wrecked. The Bitcoin ocean now contains a wide variety of species including whales, sharks, octopodes, jelly fish, and many others. Unfortunately it also includes millions of krill, and most of them seem to swim into Bitcoin Talk. To avoid being eaten with all the other krill, newbies need to know the safest food to eat, and where to hide to avoid the whales and sharks. It isn't really very difficult, you just need to read and search. and stay away from the predatory feeding grounds. Being sucked into the bounty spamming world will result in your account being eaten. Investing in scammy ICOs promoted by them will result in your earnings being eaten. Try not to use fancy colouring and noisy text. Being ignored by merit awarders is the Bitcoin Talk equivalent of owning a diseased account.

So after two days of posting you are already on the route to complaining about not getting any. That is rather hasty by any standards, and looking over your posts, it’s not as if they currently should.

There are currently 9.089 ranked-up Newbies to Jr. Member, so chances are there, and frankly, it is not difficult to get one blasted merit (be it a poor objective though).  Not all Newbies post spam, just as not all Legendries are above that, but the sheer amount of lower-ranked accounts logically make them widely visible, and so their spam stands out over the spam created by other ranks which are here on much lower proportions.

The merit is not only for higher ranked members on here. Because anyone can get merits. It depends on your posts quality and how important to the members. The next thing is right. I personally believe most newbies are here for bounties and share their garbage posts. They are looking to increase their post count and rank. That's why most members think newbies are spammers. But I have seen high quilty newbie members on here. Then try to be a good member on here.

Is there no chance for newbies to get merit?
why are newbie posts always considered spam?
Contrary to popular belief most generous merit senders here do not even consider what your rank here for them to find out if your post is meritable or not. Its just that most spammers here are newbies that are posting senseless topics and posts that is why you are seeing a lot of angry people around here generalizing that newbies are the ones creating the spam. Now if you are a newbie getting caught in the crossfire don't be offended by them as you have the chance to prove them wrong.

But just by looking at your post history it seems like you are not in the right track of receiving any merits at all. Your spelling is bad, the way you quote entire messages is wrong, you jut simply lack the quality of posts merit senders are looking for. So you need to change that in order to even expect receiving merits in the first place.

If you post ignorant on-liners like you just did without reading what other users already told you - no, you don't have a chance.

All your your statements are just baseless assumptions. There is a lot of newbies who have ranked up, including me and others. I suggest you to spend more time reading on meta or other board (see your local board too, there is a thread about member who ranked up and get a lot of merits).

I'm once a newbie, and I receive more than 400 merits from seniors here. The rule is simple, no matter what rank you're in, as long as you create good quality, meaningful, and science-based valid arguments, you will receive one.

Newbies aren't always posting spam. Some just unintentionally post spam because they don't understand or don't have enough knowledge to reply.

Complaining about newbies not getting merit is not going to get you any. Not from me, at least. All that I can recommend is that you start reading all that you can about Bitcoin/cryptocurrency. Once you become more informed, your posts should become more interesting. Unfortunately, I cannot judge the quality of your other posts because I do not understand your language.
