I think a coin with only 13 million market cap (after 3 years) has no future. A new website can't be a solution. It's dead coin which is not listed even in one popular exchange. Don't invest your money in such coins that have such low marketcap after that long time.
Stay away thing IMO:
1) revival coins are often sign of pump and dump
2) It is already pumped (and dumped)
3) There is so many MUCH better newer projects, why choose this one?

They have some new products, they seem like good investments if they come true,
although I don't know how they would implement them.
