Is it the next big thing?

While the idea is nice, there are too many issues I see here, first of all, you guys are brand new, no reputation no trust, so it's going to be hard to get marketshare, and second of all without the volume you can't get increase the marketshare, and without an increasing market share you can't get more volume it's like a dog chasing it tail, thirdly and I think this is the major problem, the project that feel decentralized 100% there are still components of a centralized system in there, but maybe I didn't get it well, I'll try to give it a second read.

For a truly decentralized exchange you've got to wait for wanchain, polkadot or at least chainlink to start functioning properly.

The main problem with decentralized exchange is the support. You can take by example EtherDelta where everything works independent and I don't know where the hell I can get support If I have any issues. But in the other hand it only works with Ethereum. I would like to see a fully decentralized exchange with multiple coins working (I don't know if it already exists).

The idea pulled me into the thread, but to be honest I was really hoping to read through some concept papers, or some whitepapers (maybe I'm calling it the wrong thing). I want some explanation for how this is decentralized and what the inner-workings are, as decentralized and open-source (or at least transparent) should be synonymous.

Does each participant operate as a node, are there dedicated nodes, does it mimic the blockchain?

There are several existing exchanges which are claiming to be decentralized but i have not found any of them purely decentralized except etherdelta.
It seems an amazing project and surely it will be next thing if your team will able to deliver what they are promising. One more thing you should keep in your mind that the competitor is too strong ( i.e etherdelta) so your exchange should have some interesting features for users to make them attract towards it.
