What i expect from Perfect Crypto Exchange
- Simply fast and more quick customer support with online chat system
- 2FA authentication support for login and withdraw request but email verification is necessary in case of withdraw verification
- Instant deposit and withdraw system
- User interface must be simple and more secure.

What i want is :
- Online support 24 hours, including chat moderator
- Instant deposit and withdraw
- Simple and secure
- Exchange must have own block explorer for every coin
- Provide 2fa for login and withdraw. For withdraw need more email verification
- Low fees (but it's not a must)
- Online support 24 hours, including chat moderator

I were just reading 100's of threads about different exchangers. Many scams out there even when the bitcoin (and altcoins) history is brief yet. Why? I could mention some reasons (IMO):
- Avarice: owners just starts the service and dissapears as soon as they feel satisfied with the "benefits" (taking home the money that investors entrusted to them)
- Poor planning: due to competition, fees become lower and suddenly, revenues do not cover operation costs(hosting, salaries, maintenance, etc)
- Hacking: If you ever had your own website, you honestly knows it is a real menace. There are people trying to hack faucets with 5$ in funds, so just imagine a tradeplace with thousands dollars.
- Reliability is costly: More efforts to "looks" reliable and transparent makes the site a lot expensive. For example, a USA registered company with all the documentation updated, available and external audits is, probably, too expensive for the current crypto market. I cant imagine how much it could cost monthly, but for sure, there are not enough market worldwide to make that company profitable.
Which is the realistic way? What we could expect from the "perfect" exchange/trade place? Let me mention, at least, the basics (again, IMO):
- Instant deposits/withdrawals in any cryptocurrency.
- Cold wallets should stores at least the 100% of the users cryptomoney. This cold wallets must be public.
- Fast fiat transactions. With fast, i minds less than 1 week to any transaction.
- Simplicity, because complexity is expensive and we want low fees.
- No fee for deposits-withdraws, and the smaller one for other services.
- Ultra-secure: SSL protection and 2 factor autentification. Yes, there are still people launching trading websites without a simple SSL certificate.
