I was about to answer the same as above but thry really fast posting a reply though hehehe. Anyway to lessen your waiting time gathering the answer for that question, you've should just google it instead.

Above posts are correct. One of the way to message a member in this forum is by clicking the speech balloon located under the username of the person you want send a private messages. The other one is to click "My Messages" and on the left side you can see a Messages Tab where there are three choices yoi can click and that is New Message, Inbox and Outbox then hover to new message and then type the correct username then click the send button. It's done.

DM: Direct Message; PM: Personal Message

In the context of this forum, it means to use the “send this member a personal message” feature to communicate with someone, as opposed to posting a publicly viewable post.

Direct message, private message, personal message.

It means to message someone privately, rather than publicly.
