I didn't know that New York's BitLicense foray could signal similar regulations in other cities and states!
I think they need to register for this no matter what the business does

Yeah, I think these regulations will only apply to MSB's.

I am more interested in what this means for online stores based in NY? If someone operates a business in the NY state do they need to register for this no matter what the business does?
