I received 0.04 BTC from betcoin.ag
In multibit it says
This transaction is not safe ,it should be not trusted. Then soon after the first confirmation everything is OK.

Is this normal or is this some kind of attack ?

Maybe the change from that transaction was used in a subsequent transaction before confirmed on the blockchain? Not sure, but I recall seeing this warning, but it was a year or two ago. IIRC it's just a double spend warning. Once confirmed, there's nothing to worry about, but if you can't find the transaction on multiple block explorers, there may be an issue with your payout.

I can find my transaction both on blockchain, both on blockexplorer so assuming your saying is right, It should be risk free hopefully.
I was once burned with blockchain.info wallet so I transited to Linux and Multibit in here, so far so good.
