I've seen this quite a few times now and it seems it relates to negative rating? how is this related?
When people on your trust list gives the user a negative trust, it would turn red and will have a text under it. The rating should only be used for reference and do not ever assume a user can be trusted by the trust rating, unless they are well known.

"+ve" stands for "positive" and "-ve" stands for "negative". It is used when people are too lazy to type a few more characters lol. Tongue
