I cant pin point the exact words you are saying ,but all i can say is that investment this days are very risky,like bitcoin mining its one of the known investment site that will lead into scam.
i mean if you will start your own mining business and buy those expensive equipments,,
& u may want some partners or investors to cover up your huge capital.,
If electricity is cheap you will have profit even if profit is little will still be profit.
I'm not a miner but I assume that if there are people mining bitcoin these people should have a profit if they did not have a profit they would not be mining bitcoins
