Since the list was given already. I just want to add that there are members here on forum that are experiencing the effect of cloudbleed.
You can refer to this post by this guy Anybody got password reset email from yobit and pocketdice? the hackers are trying to attack accounts now.
Beware people and just change your passwords on those sites already. We've warned you.

Thanks for the warning. I have enabled 2FA in all my accounts and changed my passwords. It all feels safer now. Another thing to look out for is what if I lose my device with the 2FA app?

You can restore  2FA via google account settings. ALso site gives you a backup codes in this kind of situations IMO.

Are you sure it can be restored via Google account settings? I thought the main idea of 2FA is to have an offline way of protecting your accounts. I would not want my recovery keys to be available online for hackers to steal.

What about Bitstamp and BTCe? Do they use Cloudflare? I didnt know almost all BTC exchanges are dependent on them. Maybe its time to start another venture. A ddos protection service for Bitcoins sites.

There is a site bitstamp.se listed as Cloudflare customer but they aren't related nor currently reachable, probably DDoSed down Cheesy
Bitstamp looks secure.
BTCe seems affected. Since www.xbtce.com shares their orderbook they are in the same boat, too.

I think 2FA is a must have by now.

Even though there is a small chance of being stung by this it would still be a good idea to change passwords.  I have not receved any emails from the exchanges advising me to do this yet, I thought they might send something.

Please list the exchanges that use Cloudflare. In case you dont know, Cloudflare was hacked a few days ago and user passwords of services that uses it were stolen by hackers. Bitcoin and altcoin exchanges are the best target for this hack. Change your passwords right away and avoid reusing them.

Bitfinex
Bittrex
Btc-e
C-cex
Cex.io
Kraken
Poloniex
Yobit

To my knowledge. Strange as things are, none of my fiat payment providers, nor banks got affected. They probably do their ddos protection themselfes.

If you got a list of sites I can check them for Cloudflare exposure.

Yeah fiat payment processors and banks especially should have their own ddos protection. I dont think theyll be given a license if they depend on a third party. Something like this recent hack can always happen at times unexpectedly.

Check list of exchanges that got affected https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.17970060

However i don't think all account is affected, they are claiming small % of account may got affected by this but it is better to change password and api key in all of the trading platform.

The chances are 1 against 3.000.000 but who saves one from scammy attempts along "whooops! so sorry. you got hacked ... cloudbleed and whatsnot. Did not changed your passwd? Did you not get our memo?"

Some of the sites affected so far did not messaged back.
