It's my P2Pool node that I am trying to get working with as many crypto-coins as possible.

Is this a better way to go than using the pools?

It pretty much is a pool.

You could of course setup your own p2pool node for FeatherCoin.

If you don't have a lot of linux experience, I would recommend the pool.

Figure I will hop on and start this before its to late. I have been using the feathercoin is a geek one but there are some problems. Hash rates are all over the place and over 24 hours of mining @300k net a whopping 61 coins for me.

Anyone know of better ones out there?
