Adding a new option to the poll at this stage wouldn't make sense because many users who wanted to vote have already voted. Maybe the results would have been different if that option was there from the start. I also don't think those provably fair slot games are popular among players. I can't remember ever reading something about them and I can't even name a provably fair slot without researching first. Therefore, I feel like it's better to leave it as it is.

The free spins buy feature is interesting. I wanted to use it on the Hotline 2 slot the other day. I had some money on a casino but placed it on a sports bet instead trying to improve my balance. I ended up losing it.

I think you cannot make the slots provably fair unless they are in-house-made games like the ones bitsler and stake have. Those slots are no fun honestly because they are too simple to play though. I rather like slots from 3rd-party like the doge house, money train, sweet bonanza, and the list goes on. They are much more interesting and fun to play even though they are neither provably fair neither have the same RTP as in-house games.

For me the most important thing when playing slots is the RTP along with the minimum bet amount because some slots have insane high minimum bet like Fat Santa I remember had a high minimum bet which was late reduced. Another thing I seek is feature-buy because sometimes it is boring to chase free spins and better go directly buy them.

How about adding one more thing on the poll which is "fairness". The number of provably fair slot games is not much indeed but I do think that there are still some players who prefer to play on provably fair games including slots.

I think you are confusing two different kind of free spins. Free spins are often given to newly registered players of a casino as part of a welcome bonus. Those free spins in 99% of cases have wagering requirements attached to them. That means, whatever you win, you'll have to rollover 20-60 times depending on how high the wagering requirements are.

The free spins we are talking about in this thread, are not part of the welcome package. It's those that are usually triggered by scatters or special bonus symbols. Graphics, layouts, and the game developer.  As the platform’s user interface must be friendly so people would only be worried about their gambling games and not how to navigate the platform. This is too important. Let’s say you have the standard platform of online casinos, but the U.I is very important. It has to be a platform that could be navigated by a 60 years old person.

Jackpots - this applies with the volatility and if balanced, this is a winning platform. An algorithm that would make a person not expect when he or she would win because of the volatility but also not too few chances to win, at least put some volatility that would make the business earn and still players to win.

Like most of you guys here that commented, I would highly prefer if a gambling site I am planning to spend my money on could provide something back to its players, like maybe a free spin or a spending milestone with generous rewards. I also look for the legitimacy of the site, and most of the times how the site look like gives this away. If the site well-made and is pleasing to the eyes, you bet they spent a lot of time and money creating it and wouldn't have the balls to scam their players.

I know that both volatility and RTP are important. I generally don't even bother with low-RTP games, that's why I didn't select that obvious choice for me. I think the Jackpots are the main feature to start playing the game. Well, 100% reliability and best odds are the features I would wish to a developer. I know that gambling platforms have been made to gain profits. But I hope they could spare some by providing better odds. In that way, we could enjoy it and become frequent users of the platform. I also noticed how platforms have been built. Just a curiosity: sometimes when playing at slots in land based casinos it looks like the RTP isn't fixed, as the machines suddenly become more or less profitable, depending the time, as they were manipulated.

True, RTP for older games are usually higher at ~97% (depend on the provider), and it still has lots of loyal customers. It depends on how high RTP reduction is for newer games, some (or probably the majority, due to slots hype) may still tolerate it for the compensation of nice gameplay.

I personally won't spend much time on old slots, and won't touch slots below 96% RTP. In the end, it's just a game that will make users poor even though the RTP is higher.
