What five people do you think had the biggest effect positive or negative on the
Altcoin world as a whole since it began?

1) Coblee - Developed Litecoin and an early Coinbase developer. Was one of the earliest altcoin developers.
2) Coinhunter aka Realsolid - Early coin developer and built the fastest most secure altcoin exchange to date MCXnow even though it went defunct in 2014.
3) iGotSpots - Early coin dev that easily started the mass produced coin launch rinse and repeat craze singlehandedly
4) Artforz - Although he developed the first known gpu miner for BTC, his work in altcoins cannot be denied.
5) Ckolivas - Set the standard for mining software.

missing any example of traders, (market makers), though all are anon and in the background. as greed has brought most the wave of people in crypto since 2013, the big traders (and the odd bot) have been a bigger influence then whats been recorded.

people would be shocked at the % of various coins some individual hold. alot of trades done indifferent to exchanges (p2p miners to traders).

3) Spots, not the biggest or first mass coin spitter, maybe the first to be open (before most where anon and often many where the same person), and i'll agree Spots was the most entertaining.

I was thinking of similar names but i can't even remember them all after all this time.
My list though would be the coders who made coins or miners.. and maybe even guys like BigVern who made exchanges to use the coins on.

I loath "Butters" but his impact on the Altcoin scene was mind blowing.
Him and the Ripple guys changed the game.
The swing from ICO's are forbidden scammy shit to now the *ONLY* way of making a "coin" is huge.

So you said impact.. i didn't take that as a positive or negative thing but neutral.

I'd like to see the newer crowd coming in take interest and learn some history about crypto stuff.
I'd like to see some enthusiasm and support for the old ideology.
Interest in the code took a back seat to raw greed long ago.
In other words the INTENT of crypto coins was abandoned long ago.

Who thinks a crypto coin is going to be widely used like other traditional currencies ?
I have massive doubts.. and it grows in time.
I was optimistic years ago when i was surrounded by enthusiasts here.
Now i only ever see broken English brain dead morons asking which coin should i buy to make me rich.

Oh and here is your answer pajeets.. the one you are using.

You may forget about some persons just like roger and jihan wu, Both should be got a trophy caused by the best fudders and the father of the fork bitcoin.

How a lot of the bubble of the bitcoin fork was appearing after the fork of bitcoin cash. That's a must for them.

It's all about the team and community rather than a single individual.
Satoshi created bitcoin and disappeared without any support (or little initial support).
Yet the coin thrived and prosper.

Vitalik is one of the respected person as he thinks not only of his Ethereum but also for whole crypto community.

I'd say none of the ones posted

The entire idea of single individual with biggest impact is flawed in my point of view

While it is flawed in a sense, there has to be a start of Altcoins and the start of the rise of them -- and these names are key to knowing how Altcoins were able to rise into an industry pumped with BILLIONS upon BILLIONS of dollars where people are making (and LOSING) fortunes.

I'd have to include Satoshi in this list, even with him being the creator of Bitcoin he's still someone who created the Bitcoin, which in turn is the only reason that the rest of these coins are even close to here. The rest of the people up here I'm going to have to agree with (maybe not coinhunter though)
