There are few/not at all sites which have the casino and especially accepting bitcoins. You can try https://www.allcasinosite.com/ they have a list of games but you gotta search a little bit to find the casino which is not based on a lottery.

I feel like Bitbingo is proof that there just isn't any demand for bingo in the Bitcoin gambling niche. The site is very well laid out, and the interface is intuitive and pleasing. It was the first site to fill the bingo void, but never really took off in any meaningful way.

You can play multiplayer Bingo at BitBingo.io they have good jackpots and bonuses, but traffic is too low.
Tou can also try FortuneJack Bingo they have same traffic problem like BitBingo.io.
