Be patience, you will need to connect your hard disk to a new computer and then you can access to your data. If the HDD has been damaged so I think you have to bring the HDD to a store where they could help you to recover the data.
If your HDD is formatted by mistake so it's simple, connect your HDD to other computer and use some recovery tool to recover the data back. In this case, please remember do not try to copy any data to your old HDD or you will not able to recover all data from it. Good luck!

Myself backup a private key on a mobile phone too.
If the HDD is damaged then your coin will not be saved, and I make sure you have lost your assets forever.

Theres still a change if the hard drive of your PC wasn't broken then it still recoverable and as said above you can plug it on other pc as well and have access again into your wallet. Incase the drive been reformatted then there are still possible ways on recovery. If you do able to recover then next time you should kept all the important informations of your wallet and this would really be a lesson learned for you.
You have no choice but to recover your private key on your computer.
How did your computer was damaged? If your hard drive is still working, its fine you can insert it to another computer or make it as your bootable drive just to see your PK.
