Well its up now and maintenance is finished. They're even giving 70% off for trade fees today for the inconvenience. I feel realy good about binance actually and a lot of people would agree with me that's why it's one of the top exchanges now. If you're comfortable with your funds in binance or any exchange, best get a paper or hard wallet. Surest way to avoid getting nervous :p
70% discount on fees is till 24th Feb and not only for today. They have really taken things very seriously of this last 2 days when the site was down and just to compensate they are offering for next 15 days a very low trading fees which is the best thing to have.
If anyone still has problems to access the Binance website

For me the two mirror sites work while the original

As of the moment, Binance is in maintenance due because too many people are currently using it and the system, can't accommodate them all, according to their website, trading will resume at 02/09/18.
Don't worry, I think after maintenance, Binance will be faster and the lag that we experience when trading will be minimized.

Maintenance to Hong Kong time at 10:00 PM, the number of users is too big, the system needs to be maintained, patience to wait.
