The arisebank issues was some form of scam although I did not pay apt attentions to the news but the topic has been deliberated on here in the forum before here is one of many links

The former executives from the AriseBank ICO settled charges with SEC and agreed to pay a total of almost $3M.

I heard that the CEO scammed a lot of people, is this another Bitconnect?
When crypto world try to name itself Bank you know its a scam because common folks see Bank as something trustworthy in general.
Its good they catched him fast enough to not let him do too much damage.
