Just curious why there's no clear announcement on their FaceBook page and Twitter account regarding this matter or they already had a plan to run away costumers coins that store on their platform.

to lower user's awareness so they can bag more? any decent exchange who wants to give back its users money would've given enough time and use every method they can to inform their users. Coinmex is doing the exact opposite  Undecided

TOS is available in Japanese only, i used google translator. I guess nobody read tos before registering.

language can be changed at the bottom right but still doesn't change the fact that most ppl don't read it

Just curious to know for how long there is an announcement in coinmex website (https://www.coinmex.com/) home page about the updates

The same time they published the article ig

It sounds like the same strategy to those exchange platforms that had an exit scam, but hopefully, they will allow users to withdraw first their assets.

Just curious to know for how long there is an announcement in coinmex website home page about the updates, but the sign up button seems to be still working. Tbh, users should be aware of updates of where they put their money, the exchange is not a wallet.

According to their TOS, they can stop any part of their services without a notice and without being responsible for any loss of users funds and information:

Sorry for your loss OP and let's hope they will resume their business.

A lesson to learn: Always use a reputable exchange and don't leave your crypto assets to sleep on their wallet without monitoring it.

Sorry Op.
That's why it's advisable never to leave your digital assets in such unpopular exchanges especially if you are going to be off for a while. Such platforms with copycat names are never reliable and will look to leave with as much assets as possible when exiting hence the short time frame for withdrawing.

The very short time frame for ppl to pull out their money + the misleading announcement title which made the situation less alarming and dropped the potential clicks

I see... they were trying to bag as much as they can. Hope you don't have much there op
