It's not normal. You shouldn't see anything like that in YOUR WALLET and have transactions without you knowing it. Good thing you've sorted it out. Next time, be cautious when using browser-based wallets. It's better for you to have a lite wallet in your desktop to serve as a hot wallet for your everyday spending.

The problem was a broken random number generator that bc.i had online in the night from Dec. 7 to Dec. 8.

If you PM me your address I can tell you exactly which transaction I used to crack your key.

update:

I got a response from their support team and they say they will refund my bitcoin (a little over 1BTC) to a new wallet address!
But I will not be using blockchain ever again !

I took my money off of blockchain.info a while ago. (stored into offline wallets)
I did that not just because i don't trust blockchain.info, but because it's just bad practice to use a browser-based wallet. You're better off taking care of your private keys on your own.

I've had low confidence in them for several years since it seems they often have problems.

The odd things about the email are that their support has a tip address (really???) and asks for the password.

If you have transferred the coins to a safe address and have none there, you'd be safer. You could always confirm via their official twitter or FB pages.

Whatever you do, do not reuse that address/wallet. Ever.

I emailed their support and they want the wallet identifier and password... lol why am I nervous about this? Can they access my wallet without my 2fa

Edit: I check the email address and everything matched the legitimate email addresses so I'm certain it's not a typical phishing attempt...but why would they ask identifier and password over email...

It should NOT happen regularly unless you were doing something. You should contact Blockchain.info support.

BMB posted a link to what is likely the issue. Check his link though and see if your address is listed. It looks like you were vulnerable and they got swept by a helpful user.

Moving coins to a new wallet that you know to be safe could be prudent if you don't know how these got transferred. Just make sure to generate new addresses.

If you can contact the blockchain.info support, they may give you guidance.

They were transferred TO that wallet. He should contact them.

Blockchain.info had some issues this past week (threads about it on here) where they had problems with their software. This may be related or not. It looks like another 1.29 was transferred to 1Huq just now....and another 0.571...
