We're into the election day already, the state Governors has declared tomorrow Saturday 18-3-2023 as public holiday. It's obvious that tomorrow election in Nigeria for Governors and state Assemblies will be void of electoral violence. Because the people are more united to change bad leaders than before. This election is the interesting election in Nigeria history, because ruling party are losing to a smaller parties. People in Nigeria now vote for individual and not party anymore. And this is the beauty of Democracy that Mr president Buhari promised Nigerian. I think Mr president Buhari has delivered us a liberty to vote and we see our vote been counter.  Nigeria history will not forget Mr president Buhari

This weekend, Nigeria will Elect various Governors and State House of Assembly leadership. The Federal government has declared the week work free day to allow workers to participate and vote for Their leaders. Election day in Nigeria is different from others. In Nigeria loser Will cry and try to burn down the country while winners will take all. It's a day of joy and sorrow. Electoral violence and killing are also part of it. Because political actors will always want to be in power by all means

Election will come and go but the nasty deeds that has taken place during the cause will always remain on people's heart, why must there be fight always, why must there be rigging, and why can't the whole process be under a free and fare conduct, choosing leadership is not by enforcing decision on the people on whom to vote for, because we everyone has his own right to choose, thise involved in all sort of killings are the illeterates that don't know what they want or value.

Nigerians has decided their fate Go the next 4 years, this one election that's Free and fair to an extend. The violence rate is low, high voters turn out and low vote buying. This election is a new day for Nigeria politics and government.
Thank you for this comment, this general election have been rated to be the freest and fair election in Nigeria history and we must commend INEC for the use of the BVAS system that has totally eradicate the problem of voters verifications,  so far there have not been any record of card reader malfunction or missing candidate information,  this is the first time in Nigeria election history weres such problem has not been an encounter.

-I don't believe in social media information, as most of them are just fake and with intend to cause tension in the political atmosphere, the videos the ops shared if tested could be fake,  I am not saying there have not been records of pockets of violence and ballots box snatching in some areas but that is at a minimal level compared to previous elections.
I doubt the just included election was as free and fair as the news may say. At the end of the election,  I figured out that the results were still manipulated by the BVAS that were designed to reduce Chaos in the electoral process. I was a presiding officer 1 in my unit,  I discovered that the data couldn't export neither was e transmission possible.  Many other inec officials complained this, and this was the reason why so many election results were not uploaded and I didn't see it as a coincidence.

Election something can happen and the election is not dependable or trustworthy because it is an exchange of power from a different political group to ascertain some certain positions that is involved during an election so therefore I will say that in election we don't have to say much concerning it or think about it like something that will be sincere it full of manipulation

You might feel that this election is the most successful one, I will disagree with you, I believe that this election is the worst election people of Nigeria have experienced before the mandate of people were hijacked, I believe that court will be the final hope of Niger for the past presidential election, so that's what I believe for.

Voters travel to their various towns to vote for their supporter's,  People come and vote for their supporting candidate and some people sell their vote to corrupt politicians.and when the election is some person's are on the queue waiting, some people are fighting they took ballots box run away the ballots boxes the corrupt politicians pay some electoral official and some other  guys  to take the  ballots papers,to press for the party all the is only one person that press all the ballots papers, people die doing the election period.

This year election is a very peaceful election but INEC make the election worsted ever in this Country Nigeria INEC promise the Nigerians about the presidential election but he can't fulfill the promised, he turns everything upsidedown during the collation of results in the presidential election INEC played a game, INEC didn't use the BVAS to upload results. INEC call fake results and announced the choice president. The candidates commit fraud, but also the people in these countries do not understand that when they are receiving money from the politicians it is also detrimental for the candidates commit fraud but also the people in these countries do not understand that when receiving money from dirty politicians it is also detrimental for those who receive it because later the money has been squandered by these politicians they will take it back through corruption  who receive it because later the money has been squandered by these politicians they will take it back through corruption.

What happens on the day of elections in Nigeria?
1. People come out to vote for their preferred candidate.
2. Some persons are induced by corrupt politicians to sell their votes.
3. Most people vote for their candidate.
4. Electoral officials return to their offices to collate the results.
5. Top government officials mainly through the governors bribe electoral officials and sometimes intimidate them at gunpoint.
6. Results are altered to favor the choice of these heartless government officials.
7. Fake results are announced and the helpless electorates become heartbroken.

Elections in Nigeria is an abysmal disgrace to democracy. I am heartbroken. I wish I have dual citizenship.
This year's Nigeria election is disgraceful and heartbreaking truly. I wonder how INEC get to this level. INEC should be scrapped totally because of its involvement in rigging the election, not providing election materials on time, not providing enough security for voters, not making use of the  BVAS to announce the presidential result, and lastly announcing the presidential winner, should I say a presidential selection of winner at midnight when everyone is at sleep.

This coming Saturday will be an election for the Governor of a state and State Assembly. I wonder the kind of irregularities INEC will display again in the election cos they are bound to manipulate results for the highest bidder, not using the BVAS to upload results.

I don't know much about the internal situation in Nigeria, but I do know that it is a developing country like mine where there is a lot of political and administrative corruption.

I am not surprised to hear this because almost the same thing is happening here in my country, where the votes of the electorate are bought either by force or by money, the candidates who win the elections know long before the elections that they are winners. Because the results have already been prepared.
The practice of fraud during elections occurs a lot in poor and developing countries, not only because the candidates commit fraud but also the people in these countries do not understand that when receiving money from dirty politicians it is also detrimental for those who receive it because later the money has been squandered by these politicians they will take it back through corruption and it is the people who ultimately suffer the most, community must be educated about any fraud that may occur so that they can anticipate it and pay more attention to also supervise when elections are held

Tensions everywhere in the country, people given wrong predictions of results,  labour party surprising and challenging ruling party bumber to bumber.  Workers and students observing holidays to participate actively in the election process.it was the most peaceful and credible election ever conducted since 1999 till date. Credit to president m
Buhari for given us electoral act that allows son of nobody to become somebody.  Its was a great experience

Nigeria election is something that I believe that there's no way they can conduct the election and if you happen to be credible and transparent election because I know quite well that the people living in that country is corrupt and eat they can be able to make a good trading is not the use of the nation's elite or show a concern of good governance it is only when the credible candidate who do Nigerians want to become their president with the possibility make

What happened in Lagos Nigeria is very disgusting.  I left my job and voyaged to Bayelsa Nigeria 🇳🇬 to vote for a labor detachment luckily for me, I waited for about 8 hours and I did not vote because there was no ballot box in the Polly unit where I was inferred to vote.

I came across a video on social media, today be the day of the
election a man stole a ballot box, and this happened in Kogi state https://www.facebook.com/payoGFanpage/videos/476761367854194/?app=fbl
My question is where is the security that was sent to protect this ballot box?
This shows that the government of my country Nigeria is not doing anything about the insecurity in Nigeria 🇳🇬

Also in Lagos state, the so-called party A.P.C divulged that nobody should vote for any other PARTY except this APC, why? Because the candidate of this APC was once a Lagos state governor.
https://www.facebook.com/payoGFanpage/videos/709981630614702/?app=fbl
But all these things that are happening in this country called Nigeria are not good. On the day of the election, everybody with his or her voter's card is supposed to go out and vote, but here in Nigeria 🇳🇬 it does the other way around.
