Few days ago bitcoin price is down but now bitcoin price grow up day buy day. Bitcoin price has kited from January 2017's $800 to today $8,954.46, With plenty of ups and down on the way. Most of Bitcoin's value is held by a few thousand very poverty people who should simply become a bit less poverty.
What are the main reasons of such market fall?
I think that the main reason of such market fall is the Olympic Games 2018 which must be started in the South Korea soon. Therefore the crypto exchange markets will be banned or temporary closed there. The South Korea is about 25% of the global crypto exchange market, so all holders pour up all crypto currencies they have. 
The decrease in the share of bitcoin on the market is primarily due to the growth in the number of new crypto currencies in the market. If we had about 1,140 crypto currencies in the market in December, now there are 1508 of them. The market is one, some coins are constantly added, and let these coins be inexpensive , they still take away a certain share of the market. The number of forks and ICO is increasing, and each ICO, each fork is another new coin. The main factors of the decline are reports on possible checks by US financial regulators of Tether tokens and Bitfinex exchange. Sooner or later, bitcoin will regain its position in the market. Undoubtedly, it will no longer occupy a share of 70% or more, as it was last year, but 40-45% is possible.
Why capitalization is decreasing? Does anybody has info about market situation? What are the main reasons?
Bitcoin is broken. Lightning is a known fraud. They released it on the main net, then told everyone that it is not ready. It won't be ready for many years. Bitcoin is a damn mess and Core/Blockstream ruined the whole thing.

Market capitalization, more commonly referred to as market cap, represents the total dollar value and it isn't very good metric for the cryptocurrencies! (practical considerations are very different for each category)
