The sad part is that everybody who needs to hear what you just said, will never hear it. And most of them, if they hear it, will go away and never come back again.

In my area (a certain English speaking SE Asian republic) they are having periodic liquor bans implemented on short notice.  If anyone just so happens to be able to predict when the mayor might get a wild hair and announce such a thing, I'm sure they are making bank.

Similarly the stupid fukin' face shields which are now in place.  They even made it necessary to put a plastic shield between a mortorcycle driver and his rider.  I've never seen anything so stupid and if someone told me that in 6 months people would be using such a thing to 'protect against' saliva droplets I would not have thought it possible.

I swear to God that if they said people had to walk on all fours to 'protect against' the bad bad common cold people in the cities would do so without complaint.  I like going out of the city and seeing people without masks and all the rest of the silly bullshit.  It has to be the case that 'they' are using some sort of electromagnetic mind-fuck devices in the so-called 'highly urbanized areas.'  I bought a rural place and am developing it with the hopes of living there permanently.  I don't think that the 'new normal' with all the masks and enforcers and citizen snitching and the rest of the stupidity is going away, and I prefer to be in the presence of people who have not been converted into drooling mind-fucked retards.

What I noticed, people with entrepreneurial mindset will keep things on an even keel whatever the limits the country sets.

We've learned tons from managing the epidemic nobody cares the maximum amount now as people thought it had been most are moving freely and nobody is maintaining social speed are back to normal now but the country's economy has suffered the foremost. The economy has plummeted as trade has stopped consistent with the statistics of the country it'll take time to repair these albeit the income increases it'll take time to recover the loss.

We have learnt that the pandemic is not a health issue in itself, but is an economic issue, and an attempt to control the health and longevity of the population. As far as I know, nobody has been able to find a person that has died from the virus, all deaths have been from comorbidities. The panic to get a dangerous vaccine into the arms of the world population shows the ease that all healthy people have in creating long term natural immunity.

The to and fro comments about masks show that there is no real research into the cause and treatment of the virus. What we do know is that wearing a mask slows recovery if you are infected. So this ties in with the idea that they have to prevent people from gaining natural immunity, and making vaccines redundant.

People have started to believe that coronavirus is fake because of all those asymptomatic infections.
They believe that this virus is not so fatal as it was said. AS a result, they do not obey to wear face masks or keep the social distancing that it is instructed by the scientists.

Eh I think we've all seen a LOT of this in the P&S section. Even for a moment -- if you disregard if the person is obviously one sided or even has used self moderated -- you can see that a lot of the threads in here (and responses to said threads) are slowly turning into spam threads from sig campaigns.

Nothing wrong with being in a signature campaign and making money from something that you love doing on here, but watching people make posts like the one in this thread, which I will link, is really showing a true lack of contribution to the discussion.

But back to the topic: What have we (l)earned:

A large amount of money has to be devoted to researching pandemics of the future to make sure something like this doesn't happen again, or is stopped before it spirals out of control. If we had heeded the warnings of Bill Gates during the Ebola time, we most likely wouldn't have had this as an issue (or at least, we would have had a better chance)

Politics shouldn't get in the way off a pandemic. We've seen fighting on the right and on the left. Issues over wearing masks. Hyper partianship has really killed a lot of unity and working together in this country. We have to fix this somehow.

My earnings are going up. Not in money, but locally, in respect... since people are starting to see that the things I have been telling them about fake Coronavirus statistics are true... 'cause CV stats really are fake.

For a fact, this epidemic beats the worlds expectation. No one nation was virtually prepared for this and didn't expect it to persist as it has. Though, we continue to battle it, the world now sees the need to prepare for moments like this with quarantine centers across all countries of the world.

Just an experiment to see if it (same thread title) might be effective to deal with loser who do self-moderated threads to pump their propaganda without challenge.  These people are leeching off Theymos's 10 years of work on the forum itself, and in some cases trying to game the credit system he's been working on besides.

Wanky1 did a post of the same name.  He and I seem to be the only two people who read it, and nobody has even commented on it yet.  Probably because everyone is sick of his 'white noise' contribution to just about anything he comments on.

Credit to BADecker for the idea used on one of fake-doctor e_l_e_o's self-moderated threads.  I just want to see if an exact title match will work.
