iPhones, stuff at home depot, candy, GPU's and other computer hardware, admission to two bitcoin conventions, magazines, cd's, buttons, silver coins, keychains and I am sure other items I am forgetting.

virginia... where cheap medical care is insanely hard to find.

That makes me angry... It Should be everyones right to have access to health care.
I'd steer clear of such discussion here, both sides on that issue, at least in the US are rabid.

One thing to remember in the US. If you need antibiotics, you can often buy "fish" antibiotics, for the tanks of fish. You can get them OTC in most pet stores, at least you could as of a few years ago. If you look the pills up online they ID as the same you'd get from a pharmacy even. One thing to keep in mind, dunno if it'd be cheaper than using BTC to buy them online.

It is, you have the right to work your butt off, then pay 99% of your salary for healthcare. And that last 1% thats in 401k, you never needed it anyway, thats why the company you work for puts it in the trusted hands of great companies that would NEVER gamble away our savings.

Living on the border of Mexico makes a lot of prescription drugs easy to obtain. Doctor visits there are only about $5

Video games, hardware, amazon, books... oh and once purchased some antibiotics in an emergency.
the clap is a bitch ;-)

Actually, my entire arm got infected after a bad patch of poison ivy where all the blisters broke within a few days. Couldn't afford to go to the ER AND get drugs...

camelia sinensis with some oil of bergamot. In other words, Earl Grey.

edit - there is a post in this subforum about New Mexico Tea Company accepting bitcoins. Be sure to check them out, you can get an ounce of most teas(as of yesterday's prices) for around 0.3 BTC, maybe a bit more. There is free USPS shipping. The site is well laid out and easy to navigate. I'll repost here once I try the tea, but I can't imagine they have such a well laid out site and store(from the pics and google street view) and sell low quality teas.

I'm just curious to see what kind of bitcoin business has been going on.

I'm paying for two VPSs and a domain name.  I've also hired a few people to provide some technical support with various software, and I commissioned a video just for fun.
