This is a predominantly English speaking forum. The first thing you should do is learn how to write a somewhat coherent sentence in English.

And it's why this forum is nothing but a shitpool of foreign posters who heard from their friends that they could start getting paid by writing anything they want. Eh. Whatever.

This guy will be able to join any number of crapcoin campaigns as soon as he hits Junior Member. I think theymos really needs to display the rules when people sign up and a short faq answering all the "how do I rank up?" "wat is sign camp? threads etc to stop this nonsense day after day.
Alternatively, charging people a fee to have a signature will make people think twice about signing up here just to earn. Punishing signature campaigns who accept and pay users like this will also go a long way.
